Accounts Coordinator
Countrywide are seeking a driven and professional customer service specialist who wants to be a part of an established, passionate team who support the accounting functions within Countrywide’s estate agency network.

We are on the lookout for a committed Accounts Administrator to join our Client Accounting team who shares the same passion for customer service as we do!
To succeed as a Client Accounts Coordinator, you will need to:
1. Demonstrate your passion for working with people by taking ownership of customer queries and seeing them through to a positive resolution.
2. Support our customers in an efficient and engaging way. You will need good telephone manner, coupled with strong numeracy and communication skills
3. Have a keen eye for detail. It is our responsibility to ensure the safekeeping and proper handling of millions of pounds of client money.
4. Establish and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
5. Be a team player. You will need to confidently participate and contribute in team meetings and training.
6. Have a willingness to learn. Compliance is key in the property industry and you will need to proactively build your knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
