We’re seeking a Quality Control & Compliance Lead to ensure our warehouse operations meet all regulatory, quality, and safety standards. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with CAA, ISO, EASA, and other regulatory requirements.
* Ensure warehouse compliance with local and international regulations.
* Conduct regular audits, manage compliance for new starters, and collaborate with the Technical and Quality teams.
* Lead quality control procedures, address non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement.
* Train and develop staff on compliance and quality protocols.
* Identify and mitigate compliance and quality risks, conducting risk assessments regularly.
* Maintain proper documentation and report on compliance and quality performance to senior management.

1. Strong IT knowledge: Comfortable navigating and configuring software interfaces to predefined values.
2. Regulatory knowledge: In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, Part 145 regulations, and airworthiness standards.
3. Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, coach, and create learning opportunities for others.
4. Industry experience: Strong background in quality control or compliance, preferably within an aviation warehouse or logistics environment.
5. Analytical skills: Ability to interpret compliance and audit data effectively.
6. Cross-functional leadership: Ability to lead teams towards achieving compliance and quality objectives.
7. Process improvement: Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
8. Attention to detail: Excellent problem-solving skills with a high focus on accuracy.
9. Communication: Confident and clear communicator, able to influence at all levels.
