Job Description
As an Electrical Sales Development Manager at Orion, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Rail industry.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in this sector. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and introducing new digital marketing tools to expand our database.
You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and collaborate with external partners to identify new business opportunities.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow business in the Rail industry
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Introduce new digital marketing tools to expand the database
* Contribute to the development of new business opportunities
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales development or a related field
* Strong knowledge of the Rail industry and its clients
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
