Details of this Customer Service Administrator position include:
* Act as the first point of contact for all customers via email and telephone.
* Liaising with customers, learning more about their businesses and requirements.
* Processing customer orders and returns in a timely manner.
* Support internal teams by providing quotes and appropriate documentation.
* Update the internal CRM system with accurate information of customers’ records.
* Managing fleet contracts, including processing orders and instructions as appropriate.
* Supporting the sales team with building and maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to cross sell.
* Managing fleet fittings as and when required.
* Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
