Colchester Land Rover
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm Saturdays 8am - 12:30pm on a rota basis
Salary: £32,300 OTE (including basic of £27,000-£29,000 depending on experience, plus bonus up to £3,300, overtime at x1.5)

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Colchester Land Rover parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard-working team of parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customer’s expectations.
As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock with our amazing Parts Manager, Dan Taylor.
1. Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
2. Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
3. Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
4. Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
5. Answering call from customers
6. Providing excellent customer care
For this role we are looking for someone who has had previous experience in a similar role within the industry. You need to have an honest and diligent approach to work with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality of work.
