Legal IT Trainer - Law Firm
I'm looking for an IT Trainer to join my client who are an established and well respected Law firm.
It is a new role for the firm, so it is a blank canvas as such, going out into the business, finding out the issues that fee earners have on the range of legal IT systems and then delivering training programmes to enhance the performance on those systems, so delivery best practice etc. It takes more of a consultative approach and coaching employees that the IT systems used can enhance their performance
The successful IT Trainer will have:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint, Access),
* Broad technical understanding of Legal IT software systems and services including time recording and document management systems, Intapp, 3E, MatterSphere, iManage etc would be a bonus
This role involves developing and delivering training programs to enhance staff skills and understanding of using legal applications such as Big Hand, iManage and Windows Applications. The IT Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
