Job Description
The key responsibilities of a HR Advisor candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
3. Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees
4. Manage employee relations cases
5. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and strategies
6. Assist in the development of company policies
7. Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics
8. Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes
9. Support performance management activities
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in human resources or a related field
12. Prior experience in a similar HR role
13. Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
15. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
16. Proficiency in HR management systems
17. Ability to commute to Leyland
