We're seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at The Coylumbridge Hotel, a well-established resort located a few minutes drive from Aviemore offering a spa, dining, pools, and more. Your duties will include:
* Assisting the Operations Manager in the day to day running of the hotel
* Being operational while working together with other heads of departments to support them in running their areas
* Covering various HOD roles when absences occur.
* Helping to develop the business by expanding our current outlet offerings
* Be proactive in training and developing the team and leading with exceptional customer service
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in hotel operations work well under pressure and able to deliver under ever changing priorities. The working week includes evenings and weekends. Live in accommodation is available.
