This is a full-time, permanent position and the salary is £22,310 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
* Making amendments to existing policies from inbound customer calls
* Cancelling policies at customer request from inbound calls
* Promoting additional products available
* Taking ownership of all general queries to resolution
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Minimum of 1 years' experience within a customer-facing environment
2. Experience of meeting performance-related targets within a fast-paced environment
3. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
4. Reliable and trustworthy
