Job Description
We require a full-time Receptionist / Team Administrator to start with immediate effect. Our preferred candidate should have experience in the motor trade and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as being highly efficient in administration.
Responsibilities
You will be meeting and greeting clients entering the showroom, providing refreshments as well as answering the phone and routing calls when necessary. You will also be responsible for supporting sales and management with logistics and administration, for example booking cars in for services & MOTs as well as ordering parts, arranging transport and assisting with the management of our database.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years experience in the motor trade (luxury sector would be preferable)
* Excellent customer and client care service skills
* Able to cope with demanding customers and multi-tasking in a busy showroom environment
* Confident, friendly and an outgoing manner both over the phone and in-person
* Strong IT skills with attention to detail
* Enthusiasm to learn/improve skills
* Pro-active with a will-do attitude
* Ability to commute to and from the showroom (Banstead, Surrey)
* Passion for supercars is a bonus!
Salary - £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
Hours - 8:30am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
