Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator
1. There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from helping customer with daily activities such as cooking, budgeting and supporting them to maintain their tenancy.
2. One shift you might be conducting welfare checks, the next you might be getting involved with turning a void room around.
3. You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services we have accommodation based services in across Gloucester and Cheltenham.
4. You'll support and signpost customers to access external services to promote their independence.

6. Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
7. You’re a real people person, confident to work in different services or locations and get on with colleagues.
8. You’ll have experience of supporting vulnerable people, and to be brilliant, you have a positive can do and the desire to learn and make a difference.
9. You’ll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.

10. Flexible working hours, we’re looking for you to work across Gloucester and Cheltenham.
11. Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans / doing mandatory learning / keeping in touch with colleagues.
12. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
