The Harrods Heathrow team are looking for a Business Support Clerk to deliver an exceptional standard of support, to the management team.
About the Role
In this role you will provide central support to the management team. You will be responsible for completing all administrative functions and SAP responsibilities.
You will also support other terminals within Heathrow. You will ensure that stock takes have been completed, deliveries are ordered and arrived in accordance with deadlines, and any customer service issue has been resolved.
About You
You will be a multi-tasker and have strong time-management. You will be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
You will be professional and show your ability to set a standard and meet it consistently. You will also be resilient, overcoming any challenges that may arise. You will also have:
* The ability to multi-task and complete all tasks in a timely manner.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills when liaising with internal and external parties.
* A strong work ethic, with excellent attention to detail.
* A strong sense of independence, with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
* Experience in retail administration is desirable, but not necessary.
