You will be providing support to the Information Technology team who cover a wide range of projects across the business at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing procuring licenses, IT equipment and other necessary items
* Collaboration with the finance team and the finance system, Workday, to manage purchases against the IT budget and issue POs
* Track shipments and liaise with the third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and use initiative in finding alternative solutions in the event of delays
* Managing scheduling within the IT team and carrying out other administrative tasks
* Assist in tracking and coordinating activities between the BA, Facilities and IT teams
