Description
As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for setting up a successful HR department and with a focus on providing day-to-day HR operational and transactional support across the business. You will building strong relationships across all departments and will act as a first point of contact for general HR and payroll queries, together with assisting and supporting the Senior Leadership Team
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Act as the first point of contact for all HR and Payroll queries, managing the HR mailbox on a daily basis
2. Provide support for recruitment and selection of staff.
3. Produce all correspondence and relevant documentation relating to the employee life cycle, including offer letters, reference requests, changes in terms and conditions of employment, resignation acknowledgements
