Finance & Admin Support Assistant
12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Based in: Ilford
This Finance & Admin Support Assistant role offers variety and the chance to contribute across multiple areas of the venue's daily operations. We are looking for someone proactive, who is keen to make a difference in the organisation's continued success and the community around it.

Must-Haves:
5. Experience using payroll and accounting software like Sage or QuickBooks.
6. Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
7. Great communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Nice-to-Haves:
8. Bookkeeping or accountancy qualifications.
9. Experience in a sports or leisure environment.
Duties of the role:
10. Keep accurate financial records using Sage and QuickBooks.
11. Process invoices and chase outstanding payments.
12. Oversee the organisation's payroll system.
13. Handle booking inquiries via phone and email.
14. Manage and maintain our bookings calendar.
15. Assist in managing our monthly club lottery.
16. Provide admin support to the General Manager and other team members.
17. Get involved in exciting new projects and initiatives.
