We are recruiting for a Receptionist-Phlebotomy who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
We are looking for a receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients arriving for blood tests. Excellent customer care skills essential as is an ability to communicate in a compassionate polite and friendly way.
You will also be booking patients in for their blood tests and printing off request forms. Using the Zesty appointment system and the ICE Pathology IT system. Taking calls to the department and answering queries.

Main duties of the job
As a receptionist you will receive patients arriving for blood tests and to check all requirements have been followed.
Using the Zesty booking system and the ice IT system to print off blood forms.
First point of contact for patient's questions and queries.
Taking telephone calls to the department.
Liaising with supervisor on any issues and the flow of patients entering the department.
