Our client is a leading independent estate agent, established in 1985, with offices across Kent. They have a passion for property and providing an unrivalled service to clients, specialising in sales, and lettings.
An exciting position has become available for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their friendly team based at their Sevenoaks and Meopham Offices. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
They are looking for someone to run the portfolios in Sevenoaks and Meopham, which currently total about 80 managed properties.
The successful candidate will cover all aspects of lettings, other than property management and client accounting, as they have a dedicated Property Manager and Client Accountant that oversea this.
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. The ability to generate and win business from both Landlords and Tenants
2. Building and maintaining good relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
3. Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
4. Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service
5. Arranging and carrying out valuations
6. Organising and accompanying viewings
7. Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating lets
8. Processing referencing
9. Preparing tenancy agreements & renewal agreements when required
