Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a for a Claims Handler a Financial Services provider based in Oxford.
Under general supervision and within limits of authority and product licenses, support Agent / Senior Agent in respect of Agency sales, growth and retention targets and also Agency customer service standards.
Role: Claims Handler
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Hours - Monday – Friday - 08:30 – 17:00
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum

About the role:
As Sales Executive, your duties will be:
6. Sell, Review and advise on general insurance requirements across all product lines.
7. Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities and activities to existing customers across all product lines.
8. Identify and initiate selling opportunities and activities to new customers across all product lines.
9. Conduct sales/ marketing campaigns as and when required.
10. Attend and provide support at local shows and events as necessary.
11. Act as Life Qualifier to obtain referrals for Financial Advisers.
12. Process and dispatch renewal documentation to Agency standards
13. Conduct Regulatory Audits as instructed.
14. Implement customer money collection and processing procedures to maintain Agency credit control. Conduct daily banking functions as required.
15. Delegated Claims
16. Deal with insurance claims within your authority, for all customers, in accordance with the Agent’s Claims Guide and maintain a Delegated Claims Competency
About you:
17. Demonstrate Sales and Customer Service Skills and Claims experience.
18. Consistently self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
19. Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
20. Excellence communication skills both verbal and written..
21. Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.
22. Strong interest in and commitment to self-development and learning
