* £38,000 - £45,000
* Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
* Friday's working from home
* 10% bonus after successful probation period

Duties and responsibilities:
* Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, handling their bookkeeping and pension needs
* Ensure accurate and timely compliance with VAT, year-end accounts, and other regulations
* Provide insightful financial advice and guidance to your clients
* Take client calls, respond to queries and build strong relationships
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
Skills and experience required:
* ACCA or ICAEW qualified
* 2 years post qualification experience within a practice environment
* Good working knowledge of Xero required along with advanced level of Excel and MAC user advantageous
* Sound commercial acumen
* Takes a positive, resilient approach to work and enjoys problem solving
* Ability to manage relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
