My client is a well-established company based in Ramsgate. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their expanding team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the purchase ledger function.
You will be responsible for:
1. Coding and matching invoices
2. Processing staff expenses
3. Liaising with the company purchasing department
4. Processing payments
5. Assisting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc projects
6. Supporting the finance team during busy periods
Previous experience of high-volume purchase ledger is essential for this role.
