Prime Appointments Recruitment Agency has a highly successful and well-established Office & Finance Division at its head branch, based in Witham. Due to growth and expansion in this division, we are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This role is a 40-hour Monday - Friday working week (flexible working hours between the times of 8.00am and 6.00pm), paying a base salary between £25,000 - £26,000 plus commission (on target earnings of between £30-£35k by the end of the first 12-18 months). Commission is uncapped, so potential to do far better if driven to do so!

Day to day duties:
1. Work to KPIs, liaising with clients, establishing and managing client relationships, and offering the best customer service possible.
2. Recruit for positions from Sales Administrators, Accounts Assistants to HR Managers and Marketing professionals on a permanent basis.
3. Carry out searches for candidates on varied job boards using Boolean searches and screening staff.
4. Consult with clients to ascertain full job specifications and provide advice on salaries.
5. Screen candidates against client specifications.
6. Communicate with clients and candidates to arrange interviews.
7. Provide feedback at regular intervals, offering the best customer service.
8. Maintain communication with all parties during the onboarding process.
9. Offer advice to clients, including salary benchmarking.
10. Engage in business development and sales - cold calling to generate new business.
11. Meet current clients face-to-face to understand their business setup and job requirements.
12. Provide information on current recruitment trends, legislation, and compliance.
13. Contact clients to see if we can help with different job types.
Experience required:
1. Excellent communication skills, motivation, and a genuine desire to succeed; a proactive attitude is essential.
2. Confidence to pick up the phone and speak to anyone.
3. Good team player as you will be working in a small team of 3 staff.
4. Ideally educated to 'A' level or Degree standard.
5. Experience in a Recruitment Consultancy or Sales role is beneficial.
