We are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be passionate about providing legal advice and representation to clients in employment-related matters.
Duties
1. Provide legal advice on a wide range of employment law issues
2. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
3. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
4. Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation
5. Conduct legal research and analysis
6. Attend hearings and meetings with clients
Experience
1. Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law
2. Strong negotiation skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proven track record of handling complex employment law cases
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
