Teaching Personnel are working with a number of SEN schools in and across the New Milton area and are currently in need of Supply Teachers.
We are looking for adaptable Teachers who can support with a variety of needs including, Behaviour, Autism, Complex needs, PMLD and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons
* Must be adaptable to work with both primary and secondary ages and work with a variety of needs
* Use a range of teaching methods and resources to connect with students who may face barriers in traditional educational settings.
* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, fostering a safe and encouraging classroom environment.
* Track and monitor pupil progress, adapting learning approaches as needed.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and support teams to ensure a holistic approach to each pupil’s development.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in an Alternative Provision or SEN setting is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students.
* Resilience, patience, and creativity in supporting students with diverse needs.
* Must hold a valid driving license and have access to reliable transport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
