We have partnered with the University of Leeds to recruit an Azure Developer who can drive digital transformation and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Responsibilities
\
This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Azure-based integration solutions to support the university's digital transformation strategy.
\
Key responsibilities include:
\
\
1. Designing and implementing Logic Apps and other Azure Integration Services.
\
2. Developing Azure Functions and APIs to integrate with existing systems.
\
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical specifications.
\
4. Implementing scalable and secure integration solutions using Azure DevOps and Agile development methodologies.
\
5. Maintaining and supporting existing integration solutions to ensure high uptime and performance.
\
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
\
7. Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
\
8. Providing training and support to internal stakeholders on integration solutions and best practices.
\
9. Participating in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
\
10. Contributing to knowledge sharing and innovation within the organization.
\
11. Collaborating with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and capabilities.
\
12. Leading or participating in projects to deliver business outcomes and objectives.
\
13. Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and end-users.
\
14. Managing budgets and resources effectively to meet project objectives.
\
15. Coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
\
16. Evaluating and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues.
\
17. Ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements
\
To be successful in this role, you will need:
\

21. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
\
22. At least 5 years of experience in developing Azure-based integration solutions.
\
23. Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and data integration patterns.
\
24. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile development methodologies, and version control systems.
\
25. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
\
26. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
\
27. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
\
28. Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
\
29. Experience working with different technologies, tools, and platforms.
\
30. Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.

31. Knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban methodology.
