To support the business during this period of change, we’re recruiting for an Organisational Design (OD) Lead on an 18-month FTC basis. As OD Lead for DLG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and the operating model, processes, and capabilities to drive strategic objectives and enhance operational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, across the business, to design and implement organisational changes that support business growth and transformation.
What you’ll be doing:
Working within the Organisational Effectiveness CoE, you’ll champion the need to thoroughly understand the current Target Operating Model (TOM) and actively participate in strategic conversations about the future business operating model. You will develop and implement organisational design strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals and business objectives.
1. Translate strategic narrative and business objectives into a future Target Operating Model (TOM)
2. Identify phased implementation approaches, dependencies, risks, and enhancement opportunities within the TOM framework
3. Map out the TOM evolution with clear sequencing and interdependencies to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution
4. Lead organisational assessments (i.e. organisational blueprint) and diagnostics to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation
5. Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective organisational structures and processes
6. Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of organisational changes and foster a culture of continuous improvement
7. Lead and facilitate organisational design projects, including restructuring, job role redesign, and process optimisation
8. Develop and maintain organisational design frameworks, tools, and methodologies to drive consistency and scalability across the organisation
9. Collaborate with People Partners and stakeholders to align organisation design efforts with talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning
10. Provide guidance and expertise on best practices in organisation design, change management, and workforce optimisation
11. Analyse organisational effectiveness metrics and leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive improvements
12. Remain close to industry trends, emerging practices, and regulatory changes related to organisation design and workforce management
What we’re looking for:
13. Significant experience in organisation design, change management, or organisational development
14. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex organisational design projects from inception to completion
15. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
16. Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and translate insights into actionable organisational design solutions
17. Proficiency in organisational design methodologies, tools, and frameworks
18. Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities

Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. The perfect blend between connection and flexibility combining the best parts of home and office working.
