THE JOB
Established for over 20 years, a renowned family business who are suppliers of commercial and industrial laundry equipment, are seeking a Field Engineer to join their team.
As a service & installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing commercial & industrial laundry equipment at customer locations, minimising downtime and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities
1. Install, commission, and test commercial and industrial laundry equipment at customer sites
2. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and prevent equipment breakdowns
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, both mechanical and electrical, and perform necessary repairs
4. Replace faulty components, such as motors, pumps, valves, and control panels, as needed
5. Calibrate and adjust equipment settings to ensure accurate operation and efficient performance
6. Keep accurate records of service and maintenance activities, including completed work orders, parts used, and hours worked
