A lovely Nursery in Maida Vale is looking for a qualified Early Years Teachers to join their team.
The nursery are looking for someone who is warm, caring, kind and passionate about childcare.
They have vacacancies working with the 12-16 months & 16 to 25months with a maximum of 15 children in each room,
This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to work:
* Monday to Friday (40 hours maximum)
* Shift work between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Thursday
* Every Friday you will finish at 2pm
The team works on a 40-hour weekly shift basis, ensuring a balanced and structured schedule where the teachers can finish at 1pm, 4pm and 6pm, They also ensure they don't put more than 2 x 6pm shifts a week.
The nursery operates with a unique Friday schedule, closing at 1 PM, with teachers finishing their workday by 2 PM.
The Manager is looking for highly motivated, experienced and passionate Level 3 qualified practitioners who have a love for childcare.

* Level 3 Qualified in Childcare preferred
* Up to date DBS (If not, must be willing to complete one)
* Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS
* Excellent communication skills both written & spoken
* Experience of working with early years especially babies
You will be required to carry out the following duties:
* Working in a team and alongside room leader
* Follow nurseries policies and procedures
* Sharing innovative new ideas
* Ensuring the children's needs are met as well as keeping them safe at all times
* Carry out observations and planning on key children
* Communicate with children, staff and parents on a daily basis
* Ensuring children's needs are met

salary £25,000-£28,000 (depending on experience & qualification)
