Role Responsibilities:
1. Carry out field service jobs including the repair, service, and commissioning of machines and associated heavy equipment.
2. Overhaul used machines and prepare them for sale according to approved specifications.
3. Ensure all job-related paperwork is completed and returned to the service office promptly.
4. Maintain company image by adhering to uniform and PPE requirements when working on customer sites.
5. Present a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers, representing the company at all times.
