A big hitting, high energy, legend of a Sales Manager wanted for a major very well reviewed high volume restaurant located in The City. Sales Manager - The Venue:
Covering a large chunk of space in the heart of The City our client operates a busy and very well reviewed restaurant operation. There is massive potential to grow the PDR, events & corporate bookings business & so our client is now looking to hire a skilled Sales Manager that can work on proactive sales building initiatives.
Sales Manager The Role
Events / corporate bookings are a growing part of our clients business but there is huge scope & demand to expand both the events, PDR & corporate sales side of the operation. The client is looking for a keen networker with brilliant contacts, someone that has the Midas touch with pro-active sales building.
Sales Manager - The Person
High Energy individual with some real get up & go & a proven track record of building significant corporate business sales ideally in a dynamic restaurant operation/brand. Group restaurant experience would be a distinct advantage but not a pre-requisite. Must have a strong working knowledge of sales software systems & data analysis tools.
This is a Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager role that isn't going to be for everyone. It's aimed at a Sales Manager who is growing tired of the thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - potentially someone that wants to get out of the corporate rat race & into something large scale but privately owned with lots of scope to spread their wings. Someone that wants to work closely with Directors & Founders & have the autonomy to really go for it. It's for a Sales Manager that knows that there is a lot more to running a brilliant sales function than just marketing the space. It's for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager who wants the term "my guests" to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it's for Managers in companies who don't want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing else to offer them.
If this sounds like you - send your CV over & we'll have a look a it for you.
