About the Role:
As a Static Mechanical/HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical and HVAC systems on-site. You will ensure the systems operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall functionality and comfort of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
2. Diagnose and repair faults in equipment.
3. Perform inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
4. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and site personnel to address and resolve issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Mechanical/HVAC Maintenance Engineer.
2. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or HVAC.
3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
