Customer Services Executive
We have a new Customer Services Executive position available within the UK Operations Team, reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or live chat.
* Manage all customer orders as per the internal SOPs and customer vendor compliance.
* Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order-specific customer enquiries such as providing pricing and delivery information, complaints, returns, and refunds.
* Manage return requests.
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries.
* Log details of enquiries, comments, and complaints, and details of actions taken.
* Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
Skills Required:
* Proven customer service experience across a range of business sectors.
* Excellent data entry, typing, and analytical skills.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Strong MS Office and CRM skills.
* Excellent time management and goal-oriented focus.
* SAP and Salesforce knowledge is required.
