HSS Hire are looking for a HR Administrator in Manchester, to be part of our supportive and collaboratively Human Resources team, working in a colleague focused supportive role, contributing to the achievement of the HR Shared Service Centre.
As, HR Administrator you will take ownership for delivering your dedicated tasks, maintaining high quality standards, meeting targets and ensuring we provide the best solutions to queries in a timely and effective manner. Working in a Hybrid way here at HSS, we strike a great work – life balance with both home and office working.
HR experience is desirable, but not essential, so if you don't have HR experience, don't let that put you off applying!
About The Role
As HR Administrator you will provide first line HR advice to Managers, Employees and the wider Human Resources Team.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Take the lead on your own administration tasks, and communicate daily via phone and email with colleagues
* You will process data in our HR and Payroll systems
* You will support first level payroll resolution and calculations
* You will support HR Advisors in the management of employee relations cases - giving you a real variety to your role!
* You will work with HR data, providing reports on starters, leavers and amendments
* You will also administer HR process and procedures such as; right to work checks, process new starters, support with providing reference dates, holiday administration in the system, supporting with drafting letter etc.
What will you bring?
* Experience as working within a fast paced administration team
* Someone with great organisation and communication skills
* Focus in driving the best colleague experience
* Experience in Microsoft Office, preferably with Excel experience such as spreadsheet formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc.
