As the Head of People and Culture, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, talent management, and culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and values. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Talent Acquisition and Management Employee Engagement and Culture HR Operations and Compliance Change Management The Person Education and Experience Degree in Human Resources 8+ years HR leadership experience, with a focus on culture and employee engagement. Skills and Competencies Deep understanding of modern HR practices and trends Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful people strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience managing HR operations in a high-growth or dynamic environment.
