About the Role
As a Production Technician, you'll join our manufacturing team, dedicated to producing low-volume, high-quality specialized products. In this role, you will:
1. Assemble and test electrical and computer-based components and systems
2. Interpret and follow technical documentation and drawings
3. Precisely assemble mechanical components
4. Maintain accurate records of work completed
5. Support other areas of the business as needed
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

1. Experience with cable assembly, harnessing, or soldering to J-STD standards
2. Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-610, IPC-620)
3. Basic mechanical assembly skills
