You would be joining our UKs Penetration Testing Team as PMO Analyst reporting into the Penetration Testing Teams PMO Manager. Due to the nature of the work all applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo a security check to SC level.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Help with detailed planning activities across multiple work streams with multiple client projects.
• Support the team in running/chairing meetings and facilitating any required team administration.
• Assess resource requirements for different client programmes.
• Maintain, track and communicate information relevant to multiple projects to the rest of the penetration testing team and other key stakeholders.
• Work closely with both the penetration testing team and clients to understand needs and challenges.
• Monitoring Risks/Issues and Changes
• Monthly and weekly client status reports
• Provide inputs to and collating the monthly project and weekly client status reports.
• Generate inputs on financial metrics and reports on project billing status.
• Interact with National Cyber Security Center with regards to CHECK penetration testing governance and projects.
• Raise and follow up purchase orders
