Job Purpose: As a Solution Architect -Integration, you will be responsible for solution architecture and design of integration related solutions and projects, contribution to integration strategy & architecture and guide integration development and delivery of high-performant integration applications and frameworks in support of strategic initiatives covering all projects, releases and enhancements. The role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategize the integration of systems with other applications and technologies. Additionally, the role will be responsible for the detailed architecture, design and contribution to governance of enterprise integration / Middleware, providing procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure that projects comply with the overall integration architecture principles. Main Responsibilities: • Provides solution architecture in integration area ensuring architecture standards, policies and procedures are met in all aspects of delivery • Contributes and influences Integration strategy and architecture for overall high performance integration applications and frameworks in support of strategic initiatives with all projects, releases and enhancements • Establish and enforce integration architecture standards, best practices, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations from a solution delivery standpoint • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration architecture, designs, and technical processes for future reference and knowledge sharing • From a quality solutions delivery standpoint, responsible for the governance of enterprise integration / middleware, defines / refines / fulfilment governance procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure that projects comply with the overall architecture principles. • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams, business users and stakeholders to identify integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications, providing estimation of the level of effort and duration of the integration work. • Conducts robust integration solution designs (documents, flowcharts, data transformations, mappings, routing, ) assuring good performance, quality and architecture accomplishment. • Identify potential risks and issues related to integration projects and proactively implement mitigation strategies. • Ensures integration quality per defined principles, policies and standards. • Evaluates / advises on infrastructure components. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as application development, infrastructure, and security teams, to align integration efforts and ensure smooth coordination in relation to capacity planning, defining SLA measurements, monitoring, etc. • Supports new POCs, technologies and related events • Architectural contribution and direction of technical projects to ensure delivery in time, budget and quality according to the requirements. • Development of roadmaps and migration plans for integration of business systems to streamline interfaces, reduce redundancy and business costs. • Foster strong relationships with Enterprise Architects, business partners and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and data exchange • Lead a variable number of external consultants with direct reports depending on projects and ensuring they meet company policy, standards and procedures and reviewing their performance to comply SLA • Provide technical guidance, leadership, motivation and coaching to directs concerning technical skills, project management capabilities and soft-skills • Reporting, communication and presentation of projects and their status to BPT and executive leadership team • Maintain and develop knowledge of current and emerging technologies, analysing them and assessing their relevance and potential value to the organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field • English proficiency (must) • Desirable management development seminar and additional trainings that enable teamwork and leadership Experience: • Minimum of 8 years overall in IT systems integration, design, development, deployment experience • 3 years of Integration Architecture experience in integration multiplatform environments. • Demonstrated experience in building, leading and developing teams of technically oriented staff • Experience in Multiple implementation and support projects, including integration of SAP and non-SAP applications in different scenarios using varied communications protocols. • Good analytical and planning skills combined with independent, goal- and process-oriented way of working • Experience in international environments • Experience in the consumer product market, beverage industry or logistics an advantage Technical Skills: • Competencies knowledge and understanding of purpose of Process and Data Integration technologies • Strong knowledge of integration concepts/patterns: overall integration architecture and related elements, API management, SOA/API governance, Event Drive Architecture, message based architectures, file sharing and exchange platforms, J2EE design patterns, frameworks and Enterprise Architecture, data synchronization and security protocols • Proficiency in middleware technologies such as SAP BTP, webMethods, SAP DS and Datasphere.
