Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Job Type: Permanent – Officed based.
JGA are partnered with a leading business that are looking for someone experienced within a client payroll setting and have managed and led a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing payroll for a variety of clients, including monthly and weekly payroll processing.
Lead a team of 4 with processing client payroll.
Staying current with payroll legislation and ensuring compliance.
Supporting the administration of auto-enrolment pension schemes.
Addressing client queries and escalating unresolved issues as needed. Skills Required:
Experience managing client payrolls within a bureau or accountancy setting.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes.
Experience with leading a payroll team.
Proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Proficient in using accounting software, with experience in Sage Payroll being an advantage. Interested?
