Are you a driven ER focused HR Advisor?
Are you looking for a role that will allow you to work term time only hours?
I am working with a client with sites across Nottinghamshire to source a HR Advisor that will be the go-to for ER support across 14 sites. You will be working with a wide team of HR Business Partners that can support you when needed, but generally you will be leading on c25-30 ER cases at any one time. This could be absolutely anything, but with a big focus on absence, performance and mental health cases.
I am looking for a confident ER Advisor to join a brand new HR team. You will be one of 4 new roles coming into the structure after significant investment across the HR function from the organisation. You will be an ambitious, driven HR Advisor that wants to continue to develop your ER knowledge and work closely with stakeholders onsite day to day.
So, what’s the role?
* Managing high volume employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance
* Liaise with occupational health when required
* Partner managers on wider people challenges
* Coach and upskill managers on HR best practice
* Update policies and procedures on employment legislation changes
* Working in a small HR team to support and help each other through complex advice
