We are seeking a Restaurant and Bar Manager for a stunning Hampshire based venue with a 65-cover restaurant and 25-cover bar. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients, and a WSET Level 2 qualification. Key responsibilities include leading a team, managing stock levels, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Leadership & Management: Oversee a small team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive working environment.
* Food & Beverage Excellence: Collaborate with the kitchen team to showcase local produce and have a genuine passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
* Wine Expertise: Hold a WSET Level 2 qualification and have a deep passion for wine, with a sound understanding of wine pairings.
* Guest Experience: Ensure each guest has a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
* Operations & Stock Management: Manage stock levels, suppliers, ordering, and ensure smooth operations within budget.
