CK Group are recruiting for a Quality Manager, to join a chemicals company based in Leamington Spa, on a full time, permanent basis offering a salary up to £55,000 per annum.
The Company:
Our client is lead chemicals company.
Location:
The site is based in Leamington Spa and is commutable from Birmingham, Rushden and Coventry.
The Role:
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Identification and delivery of all relevant control systems as detailed in the Management System.
* To Manage your team of direct reports ensuring that performance is monitored and succession planning is present.
* To supervise quality control & sampling activities.
* To produce professional written communications, reports and minutes for the site as required.
* Management and maintenance of onsite laboratory and equipment.
* Management of 3rd party testing required to meet contractual / legal requirements.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
* Implemented systems and process to support a QMS.
* High Level qualification (e.g. HND) or above – Environmental or Science related preferred.
* Full driving licence.
* A good understanding of Compliance.
* Good communication, negotiation, influencing and coaching skills.
