We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Payments Assistant for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Ceredigion.
Working within the Finance & Procurement and Procurement & Payments team you will oversee quotation exercises, raise orders and undertake payments work.
Duties will include:
1. Processing orders
2. Sourcing goods and services
3. Raising orders for goods, works and services
4. Creating electronic Quick Quotes
5. Liaising with suppliers
6. Organising deliveries, returns and credit notes
7. Maintaining accurate records
8. Inputting invoices
9. Processing invoice payments
The successful candidate must have:
10. Good IT Skills, to include Financial Systems
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Fast and accurate keyboard skills
13. The ability to organise and prioritise workload ensuring targets are achieved
