Key responsibilities of a Land & New Homes Sales Support Administrator
6. Provide an efficient administrative service to the New Homes Department
7. Create and distribute internal weekly and monthly reporting documents
8. Undertake front line telephone support
9. Comply with company’s standard procedures and all statutory legislative and regulations affecting the estate agency industry
Skills and experience required to be a successful Land & New Homes Sales Support Administrator
10. Preferably experience as an Administrator / Secretary or similar role
11. Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
12. Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
13. Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
14. Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
16. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
