As a Telemarketer, you will report directly to the Head of Sales, playing a key role in building profitable relationships by qualifying leads generated by the marketing team. 1. Qualify new leads and take appropriate action to develop them.
2. Support the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the sales process.
3. Maintain accurate records using the company CRM (Hubspot).
4. Provide detailed reports and monitor lead progression.
5. Manage and document incoming and outgoing calls, including follow-ups and outcomes.
