* Develop seasonal programming with the Experience and Visitor Programming Manager.
* Manage volunteer teams for a great volunteering experience.
* Support the smooth running of the visitor operation as a duty manager and daily visitor experience lead.
Requirements:
* Delivering activities in arts, culture, heritage, or visitor attraction sectors.
* Supervising volunteers.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Reviewing audience feedback and improving the visitor offer.
* Good people and communication skills.
