What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Managing inboxes & resolving customer requests
* Co-ordinating the picking, packing and despatch of customer orders with the operational team
* Using of WMS systems and excel spreadsheets to track orders, create reports and manage any issues
* Ensuring that all Administration functions are completed on time and accurately
