The role
Our Testing Practice within Operate Digital is experiencing continuous success and growth. As part of this growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Test Manager to provide leadership and assist in defining new propositions and services covering large multi-year execution managed services (EMS) programmes for our clients in multiple sectors including banking and financial services.
We are seeking an accomplished senior manager with a demonstrated history of leading global teams and excelling in client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in custody banking, payments, and financial sectors, coupled with outstanding communication skills and significant experience interacting with senior stakeholders. In this role, you will be helping to engage the market with innovative, industry-led testing solutions, working with a broad community of technology and domain experts.
This role will include international travel.
What your days will look like:
1. Supporting the Test and QA Director in responding to RFPs and creating propositions for potential clients
2. Accountable for test delivery across EMS programmes covering Oracle, Workday, Guidewire, Salesforce and MD and bespoke client applications supporting Line of Service across a range of high profile engagements.
This role is for you if:
3. You have previous experience of delivering on a range of transformation programmes predominantly within the banking and financial services sector covering a range of technologies providing guidance in areas covering test strategy, automation, SIT, E2E, UAT, CUAT and non-functional testing.
4. Experience working specifically in custody banking and payments.
5. Experience delivering Global testing programmes in a client facing environment.
