About the Role
Scot Removals Glasgow is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee our customer service team and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, resolving customer issues, and fostering a positive customer experience.
Main Duties
1. Analyse customer service data to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Manage and supervise the customer service team to ensure high performance.
3. Communicate with customers to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
4. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to maintain a motivated workforce.
5. Fluent in English; excellent communication skills; can work and handle tight deadlines and challenging situations.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a customer service management role.
2. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
3. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
4. Ability to analyse data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
5. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
