An exciting opportunity is available for a Carer (Nights) to join our amazing team at Meadowbrook Care Home.
Connaught Care is a brand new, market-leading company, with twelve homes in development across the South of England. Meadowbrook will be our fourth home to open. Meadowbrook Care Home - Live a life more extraordinary.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager and Senior Care Lead, you will be an important part of the home's day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality care to residents.
2. Support residents to live a life more extraordinary.
3. Work collaboratively with the care team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in care giving.
2. Confidence in care giving.
3. NVQ care qualifications (advantageous).

Hours would be 24 or 36 per week, including alternate weekends.
