Human Resources Advisor Wanted

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our Human Resources Department at Park’s!
The successful candidate will have achieved a fundamental understanding of all aspects pertinent to the Human Resources function. You will be a dynamic forward thinking professional able to build ongoing relationships with our key stakeholders and existing HR team. If you are a self-motivated individual who can influence our people in order to drive successful outcomes in the necessary key areas of our business then we would like to hear from you!
The right person will:
1. Work alongside our Group Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Advisor to develop the HR function in order to deliver strategic long term objectives for the Company.
2. Communicate confidently at all levels maintaining confidentiality of information.
3. Support and advise our management teams on an ad-hoc basis in order to resolve a variety of employee relations issues and help facilitate any required meetings.
4. Have an up to date understanding of HR policies, practices and employment legislation.
5. Collate, monitor and develop all recruitment activity for the Group.
6. Be able to work autonomously to fast paced challenging deadlines.
7. Be willing to travel throughout the UK.
8. Have obtained the appropriate CIPD qualification or acquired the relevant experience.
9. Reflect good IT skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
10. A background in the Automotive industry would be desirable but not essential
The right candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience within a Human Resources function.
