In your role, you will
1. Create work packs using SAP, Oracle, CAMP, Excel.
2. Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple projects
3. Determine equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
4. Identify and create demands for spares, tooling, consumables, and engineering on the assigned aircraft projects.
5. Collaborate with Scheduling, Stores, Engineers, Customer Project Managers, and other staff.
6. Plan and prioritise to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay for assigned projects.
7. Liaise with third party vendors such as NDT and Borescope Inspection suppliers to co-ordinate on site visits during the aircraft maintenance input.
8. Co-ordinate re-work or restoration shop visits for life limited parts.
9. Review and research aircraft documents including but not limited to Maintenance Manuals, Approved Engineering Orders, Aircraft/Engine/Component Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives pertaining to incoming aircraft.
10. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
11. Host pre-input meeting with the relevant members of the organisation where a detailed overview of the project will be presented.
12. Liaise and hold meetings with Customers.

13. Have proven experience as a production planner
14. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
15. You have a technical background in Aviation with a good understanding of Part 145
16. Organisational skills necessary to prioritise and coordinate your workload within a multiple project setting.
17. Excellent communication abilities
18. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
19. Previous experience with SAP
20. Familiarity with Bombardier Aircraft types would be preferable.
